Why we don't provide 'all inclusive packages?

Yes, we agree that they are popular, but are they value for money? - Consider this.

 One of the average 'all inclusive' packages from Telco costs £14.99 / month that's 1,499 pence / month or about 50p / day. Our average call charge is around 1.5p / min that's equal to 33 minutes of 'talk' each and every day of the month, do you talk (on outgoing calls) for more than 33 minutes / day EVERY SINGLE DAY, most people don't ! And that's why we don't exploit you with these packages, they may seem like good value at first glance but for most people they simply aren't!

  One other 'sneaky' ploy to watch out for is the '5p for up to 60 mins!' deal, great value if you are on the phone for 60 mins, BUT the words to look for here are 'up to' in other words if you make a call and the call lasts just 30 seconds, guess what! that's just cost you 5p!

Why we don't provide 'Talk-For-Free' type package

 Essentially these 'talk to other customers for free' packages are exactly the same as an all inclusive package! In other words with an all inclusive package you can already talk to your family and friends for free (and anyone else!)  The only real difference is in the way they market the 'all inclusive' package.

ALSO: CHECK THEIR RATES CAREFULLY! on international calls we are on average 20% cheaper! They generally charge 'over the odds' for mobile calls, directory enquiry calls, and calls to people who are not 'their customers'
