Go-Call - 0845 Local Rate numbers

An 0845 call is charged as a local call, so users call for less than half price no matter where they are calling from in the UK.

Our 0845 telephone numbers redirect calls to any UK landline number irrespective of the carrier (BT or NTL ect). It doesn’t interfere with their existing number or line it simply runs in conjunction with it. British Telecom are currently the main supplier of these numbers, they charge a setup fee of Ł200, a quarterly rental of Ł90 and they also charge the difference of the call cost from local to national.

You don't need to change stationery, advertising or directory entries etc. if your "real" telephone number is changed - your 0845 stays the same. If you move office - even if you move across country - you can keep the same number or have it redirected to another landline number free of charge. You don't need any special equipment or additional phone lines - calls to your non-geographical number are simply routed to your existing phone. Connection is within 2 to 8 working hours. Your normal telephone number is still fully functional as it was, you will not loose any calls made to your normal number.

Portability
0845 numbers are portable which means the number stays with your business even if you move from one end of the country to the other. Your underlying geographic number will change but your 0845 number never changes.
